Summary
The Red Balloon is
about a young boy who has a red balloon with a mind of its own. The balloon
follows the boy throughout the city. The film has almost no dialogue, for music
is its most important feature.
I think this film was interesting because it is different. I have never seen a
film like this before, where talking is an option, yet it is omitted. I
definitely liked it. It's short, about half an hour.It is French, so it is classified as a foreign film. It is also under the category of "short film," as it is only 30 minutes long. I recommend it to anyone who is tired of the usual stuff in today's movies. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
